Preparations Have Begun For The Andy Foundation Playground Build at
Pal-O-Mine!
Work at the site of The Andy Foundation playground has begun, as we prepare for the community build on September 28th. Pictured here is Jeremy Cotty of HomeCraft Contracting, a dedicated volunteer and generous supporter, as he unloads the selected playscape equipment upon delivery. The grounds are being readied to welcome all our volunteers at Pal-O-Mine equine assisted therapy center in Islandia, where the inclusive playground will bring joy to children of all ages and abilities.

Inclusive Playground at Pal-O-Mine, Non-Profit Equine Therapy Center
This September, The Andy Foundation will be building an inclusive playground at Pal-O-Mine, a not for profit equine assisted therapy center in Islandia. Pal-O-Mine provides services to youngsters with a variety of physical, cognitive and emotional challenges from all over Long Island, and The Andy Foundation has been an avid supporter of their outstanding efforts for more than a decade. The new playground will provide a wonderful, accessible recreation space for children of all abilities. This community build will involve more than a hundred volunteers, and will be our largest venture to date.
